Domestic Delivery - For within Peninsular Malaysia: You can enjoy free delivery if you spend RM130.00 or more on a single order. We will charge a flat delivery fee of RM8.00 if you spend less than RM130.00.
- For East Malaysia: You can enjoy free delivery if you spend RM700.00 or more on a single order. We will charge a flat delivery fee of RM27.00 if you spend less than RM700.00.
*Note: No delivery service to isolated islands within Malaysia, except Pulau Pinang & Pulau Langkawi.
*Note: Second attempted delivery at the shipping address provided will be charged according to normal courier rates, based on locality and package weight.

Other Specific Length of Time (e.g. 4 - 6 weeks): This item will take this amount of time to import from the overseas supplier, pack and prepare for dispatch. Estimated delivery date for domestic delivery is 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Available for Pre-order: The latest release date information that we have for the item will be displayed on the product detail page. If you want to pre-order the item, we will dispatch it once the release date passes and the item is made available to us from the supplier.
*Note on Imports: Pre-order items imported from another country may take longer to dispatch once the release date has passed.
Out of Stock: This item is currently not in stock but it is available for ordering. If you place an order, we will send you an e-mail with the expected delivery date as soon as we have that information from our suppliers.

Not Available: This item is currently unavailable for ordering and we don't know when or if this item will be in stock again. We will inform you via e-mail if the availability estimate changes or if any items in your order prove to be unavailable.

Ordering Items with Different Availabilities
- If your order is less than RM130.00, we will send them to you when all the items are available for RM8.00.
- If you spend RM130.00 or more on a single order, we will send them to you when all the items are available for free.
Return Policy
- In the event the parcel received is damaged due to no act of the intended recipient, request for replacement will be processed if photo evidence of the external and internal packaging of the damaged parcel is emailed to info@cyrusbookstore.com or sent via WhatsApp to +6011-28018817 within 48-hour upon parcel receipt. Failure to do so will be deemed forfeiture of the right to replace the item.
- We regret to inform that no refunds will be made on items purchased and sold by CBS.
- The delivery cost of exchanged item(s) will be borne by the customer.
